    As a follow up to Jay’s description of Jiro Dreams of Sushi, the chef who talked about learning to make the egg is now in Seattle at Shiro’s in Belltown. Shiro himself also trained under Jiro for about a decade, and now has a small place called Sushi Kashiba in the Pike Place Market, after running his eponymous Shiro’s for decades. I’m not sure if you enjoy sushi, but I thought you might appreciate an epilogue.
